NYS Dept. of Labor Code 59 Consultations

Code Rule 59 requires employers whose most recent annual payroll is in excess of eight hundred thousand dollars and whose most recent experience rating exceeds the level of 1.2 to undergo a mandatory workplace safety and loss prevention consultation. This consultation includes a written evaluation of a workplace safety and loss prevention program that must be implemented by all covered employers. NY Site Safety Inc. has the licensed professionals that would conduct a Code 59 evaluation and consultation.
